My name is Kara Townley and I am a case manager at the MHMR outpatient clinic. I reached out to Keepers of Hope last week because I had a client that was in desperate need of a window AC unit for his home. He was able to afford one unit for his bedroom but not the second one for the rest of his home. Debbie Sonberg reached out to me within hours of me submitting the request and stated that the organization would be able to assist somehow. I was so excited when Debbie contacted me and let me know that she was able to locate a window unit for my client. I contacted my client and he was beyond grateful. I was able to get the unit to him last Friday and when I dropped it off, he thanked me and said it was the best birthday presents he could have asked for. I just would like to say not only thank you for your donation but also for your kindness and for helping so quickly. My client was truly blessed, and his needs were met because of Debbie and the amazing organization. May God continue to work through your organization so that you can continue blessing others.
