The Family Shelter is forever grateful for all the kind donations that you were able to seek from the generosity of this community.
As a residential safe haven, household items are such a need here. We host three meals per day plus snacks and items such as paper plates, serve ware and paper towels is vital to our continuous daily operations. Other items such as the laundry items make life easier for 30 plus residents with children.
Our grants cover the cost of services and minimal overhead operations. Funding does not cover household items. For this reason, we are so appreciative of the community drives and donations we receive.
We think you have a wonderful program and are grateful that your program was started in order to help agencies such as ours.
